I loved the elegant atmosphere and the easy access around the hotel. The greenery from the Johnson and Wales University campus added a beautiful touch to our surroundings, making it feel welcoming and serene.

We visited the Bank of America Stadium and enjoyed North Carolina's nightlife. Staff was super helpful, and the breakfast was great.

One downside was that housekeeping didn’t show up after our first night. It was a bit frustrating since we expected a cleaner experience during our stay.

However, communication regarding parking and incidental charges was lacking, and noise from either guests or staff disturbed the night. Though the staff maintained a friendly demeanor throughout our stay, we dealt with inconsistent service, which detracted from the overall experience.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like a fitness center, bar area, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff shared helpful travel tips that I still remember.

Had a delightful one-night stay! The staff were incredibly attentive, especially during check-in, where I received personalized assistance. The room was well-appointed and cozy, ideal for a single traveler. Future guests should take advantage of the onsite bar for a relaxed evening.

Business Travelers Delight

Our group of business travelers were stranded at American Airlines (worst US airline ever) kept cancelling, rebooking and repeatedly delayed a 8pm flight till the next day at 5am. We arrived at the hotel at around 2.30am. Even though the hotel was fully booked out, the hotel manager Craig was helpful and patient. Very grateful for the really good service!

It wasn’t inexpensive but you know, it was acceptable.
